CARRY ON CAMPING
Jackie is busy organising our annual camping weekend. If you
haven't been before its great fun and excellent value: camping fees and all
meals (except fish and chips on arrival) are included in the price. This
depends on exact numbers but as a guide last year's charge was £15 for
adults and £7 for children.
When and where?
You arrive at the Hertford Caravan & Camping Site on Friday
13th July and depart late Sunday afternoon.
If you are interested please contact
Jackie no later then Friday
29th June!

MICK WINS
CHRIS BALDOCK AWARD
At the after-show party Chairman Gary Nash announced that the
winner of the Chris Baldock Award was Mick Hale.
In his announcement Gary paid tribute to not only to Mick's
remarkable performance as Daryl Van Horne but also the 'enormous effort and
sheer ingenuity' that Mick put into designing and building the lifting gear
(or gubbins) which enabled us to 'fly' the witches. Well done Mick your
award, the result of a virtually unanimous vote from the company, is well
deserved. |

EILEEN
KIRBY
Eileen has asked me to thank everyone for the dozens of get
well cards and messages that she has received since her series of
mini-strokes two weeks ago. I am delighted to say that she is well on the
way to making a complete recovery and hopes to be out of hospital in the
next couple of days. She will need to take things a bit easier for a few
months and lifestyle changes are on the cards (Shares in Lurpak are
tumbling as I type this). On behalf of you all... GET WELL SOON EILEEN... WE
ALL LOVE YOU!!!

GUEST BOOK
In response to several requests I have added a guest book to
the site so that people can leave their comments. Hopefully this will be
less prone to spam than the previous Forums. Access the Guest Book by
clicking here or on the Link Bar (left) or follow the hyperlinks at the
bottom of most pages. I hope you enjoy using it!

WHERE ARE
THEY NOW?...
.... SEB WILLIAMS
On this page we like to follow the activities of past members
who have turned professional but its not just our performers who are making
their mark out there.... the Tekkies are at it too! Seb Williams,
lighting designer and former Dave Houghton protégé (pictured right in
1995 in his trademark Gradav ensemble) is currently touring Europe with the
Scissor Sisters no less. He will be returning to these shores when
the concert arrives at
The O2 Arena
(a spectacular new 23,000 seat venue situated in the former Millennium
Dome) on 26 - 28 July. It's going to be quite a 'get-in' for Seb as La
Streisand (£600 a ticket!) is on the night before.... it's all a long way
from the Library Theatre and Luton Music Club!
