NEW GALLERIES ONLINE

I know most of you will have seen Michael's pictures by now but I have picked some of the best ones and created a Witches of Eastwick Gallery for general public consumption (some of those statue photos didn't make it surprisingly). To view the pictures click here.

Another production new to the gallery pages is our 1989 production of Cinderella.... there are several familiar faces in the cast click here to see who you recognise

There are now over 30 production galleries on the site and they can all be accessed from the Gallery Index page by clicking on the 'The Galleries' Link Bar to the left of your screen. If you have photographs of a production that hasn't been include please let the Webmaster know he would especially like any pictures of Little Voice or the Hot Mikado.

NEW COMMITTEE ELECTED

Gordon Brown isn't the only person having reshuffles... at the Griffin Players 2007 AGM the committee had its biggest shake-up in years. Vice-chairman Dave Houghton has relinquished all place on all the committees he serves on. Taking his place on the Griffin Committee is the hugely experienced Richard Garrett.

Due to his work commitments Duncan Askew is also stepping down his replacement will by Mike Costabile who as a professional accountant is more than qualified for the role. Due to the complexities of their office the two will work in tandem for the next four months until Mike takes over completely with the Cinderella.

Secretary Liz Hale has chosen become am ordinary committee member and so her baton is taken up by Lynda Fagan. Lynda has previously been secretary for Luton Light and so is already experienced in the role.

Lynda Haxell, Martin Pursey, Ian Garrett, Mel Cavanagh and Steve Wilson left the committee. Gary Nash, who remains Chairman thanked them for their hard work over the past years. Joining the committee are John O'Leary, Ben Jaggers, Ellie Kingdon.

New Vice Chairman
